Kordane product portfolio

One controlled AI stack.

Control what reaches AI, where it runs, and which approved model performs the work. Then apply that controlled execution to intelligence and operations.

Kordane's portfolio combines working software, browser demonstrations and clearly labelled planned capabilities. Each product page states module-level status and pilot scope.

How we describe maturity

Demonstrated
A capability that works today and can be shown, in the public browser demonstrations or a repeatable implementation.
Available in pilots
Can be configured and evaluated in a focused customer pilot today. Customer-specific policy, integration and hardening happen during the pilot.
In development
Actively being built now; not yet ready for a customer pilot.
Planned
Part of the intended roadmap; not yet available.

Control platform

Boundary and Forge. Controlled execution.

Boundary and Forge form the control platform: Boundary decides whether and where execution is permitted; Forge decides which approved model can perform the task reliably. Cortex and Axon are application products built on that controlled execution.

Decision lifecycle

How a controlled execution is decided.

The portfolio-level loop above Boundary's eight-stage crossing pipeline: understand, classify, permit, evaluate, select the smallest sufficient approved model, execute, escalate only on threshold failure, and record it all.

  1. Understand the task
  2. Classify the information
  3. Apply environment policy
  4. Evaluate candidate models
  5. Select the smallest sufficient approved model
  6. Execute
  7. Escalate if thresholds fail
  8. Record the decision

Decision lifecycle. Each step inherits the maturity of the product that implements it; end-to-end automation is configured per deployment.

Deterministic rules illustrate how Boundary (permission and environment) and Forge (model sufficiency) are designed to decide together. Nothing you select is transmitted.

Cortex and Axon, built on controlled execution.

Cortex and Axon use approved models, routes and policies from the control platform.

Why Kordane

Not a gateway. Not a masking proxy. Not just a private cloud.

Boundary controls permission and environment. Forge controls model sufficiency and efficiency. Cortex and Axon apply that controlled execution to private intelligence and operational conversations. The difference is the decision.

Capabilities vary by product and deployment. This comparison describes typical category emphasis rather than every vendor implementation.

A sovereign platform provides an environment for AI. Kordane governs and records the individual decision to use it.

Working together

Portfolio architecture: how the products integrate

How the products work together. Individual steps carry the maturity shown on their product pages; the end-to-end chain is configured per workflow and deployment.

  1. Cortex Voice transcribes audio locally.
  2. Cortex Extract identifies entities in the material.
  3. Cortex Assist helps an analyst review it.
  4. Forge Router is designed to select a specialised local model where sufficient.
  5. Forge Evaluate verifies candidate models against task benchmarks.
  6. Boundary enforces policy and records each crossing.
  7. AxonCX can use approved assistants in customer interactions.
  8. Axon Live Agent is being built to receive conversations that need a person.
